Project Agreements

Specific project details, pricing, and timelines will be confirmed directly with each client before work begins. These terms apply in addition to any agreement made directly with a client.

Payment

Pricing for one-time builds and monthly plans is listed on our site and may be updated at any time. Payment terms will be confirmed before a project starts. Monthly plans renew automatically until canceled.

Cancellations

Monthly plans may be canceled at any time by contacting us. One-time build projects are billed according to the terms agreed upon when the project starts.

Ownership

Once a website is paid for in full, ownership of the final design and content belongs to the client, unless otherwise agreed. Any third-party tools, platforms, or licenses used to build the site remain subject to their own terms.

Limitation of Liability

We do our best to deliver quality work, but we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our services or website.
